1. doing an act of kindness to someone.

2. meeting up with a very old friend whom you haven’t met for decades, and knowing you still have that connection.

3. reading a good book.

4. listening to a lovely song that lifts your spirits.

5. having a leisurely stroll in the park and smelling the flowers.

6. saying “I love you” to your loved ones.

7. hearing your loved ones say ”I love you” to you.

8. having the courage to take the first step to reach for your dreams, against all odds.

9. experiencing peace in you.

10. laughing out loud and feeling good, for no good reason.

11. watching a movie that moves you to tears.

12. solving a very challenging maths problem/finishing writing a business proposal after racking your brains for more than a day.

13. having the opportunity to write about happiness and feeling it at the same time. Like, now.
