2. I love to drive alone with music on when it’s very late in the night. Usually close to midnight or past. That’s the only time I like driving. At other times, I prefer to be driven. Ha!

3. I love travelling, a lot. Anywhere that I haven’t been to before I’d like to venture at least once.

4. I love reading since young. The only thing that I looked forward to while preparing for my exams during my primary school days was I can hit my mini library with all the Enid Blyton, Sherlock Holmes and Alfred Hitchock books!

5. I like to eat fruits. Most of them.

6. I was a story-telling champion once when I was in primary school. That was the first and also the last one I took part in.

7. I have high standards when it comes to food. I mean, high variations on the standards set. When I’m cooking, the bar is set to the level where if it’s edible, it’s acceptable, and good.

8. I enjoy my own company very much. But I prefer to be one-half of a couple for good.

9. I was chased by a big German Shepherd on National Day (9 August) more than a decade ago. I developed a phobia for dogs since, even puppies. Miraculously, that phobia turned into a love for dogs, especially puppies few years back. When and why, I’m still clueless today. 

10. One of the happiest moments when I was in junior college was when I could be excused from Physical Education (PE – it’s actually an exercise class) for a week due to flu, which usually was “planned and timed” so well that I would skip two running lessons (which I hate) and one ball-game (which I like, but too bad, in order to skip 2 running, I had to miss this too)

11. One of my favourite Valentine’s Day gift was a diamond ring

12. I flunked my Economics in Junior College throughout the 2 years I was there. My teacher gave up on me too. Until I had a wakening call one month before the Preliminary exams in Year 2 that unless I buck up, I would not graduate with a full G.C.E ‘A’ Levels certificate. That, to me, meant 10 years of the entire primary and secondary education would be going down the drain. This was too much for me to bear, so I rolled up my sleeves and did what a student was supposed to do – study and pass my exam, all in 30 days.

13. I’m dying to go Japan, and Europe (where the ancient Victorian-style architecture abounds)
