Guess what I’m going to say?
There’s no one best way to meet anyone, because every way can be a good or bad way! It really depends on what do you want.
Before we go into the places where you can meet new friends, let’s work on another issue that is nagging at me as I read your question. It sounds to me that you may not even be sure of the type of person you are looking for. Do you?
Do you use your mouth to smell? Or your hands to run? Or your eyes to feel?
If all our body parts are there for a specific purpose, then are we using them nicely? Are we generating value and extra-territorial benefit to parties outside of us?
Or are we creating stress and havoc instead?
The reason I’m musing over this is due a sign language course that I just took up. I skipped the first class as I was pretty sick then, and attended the second lesson over the weekend.
Are you single and available? Would you like to make more friends and open new doors of opportunities that could lead you to your special someone?
I seem to be repeating what I used to say a lot during my dating agency days haha! 
Well, truth is, there is this event that promises lots of fun doing what you love doing, and meeting people who love what you love doing and love doing it too!
Don’t worry, this is not a tongue-twister competition. But hey, if your tongues can roll, hmm…
