Hey LG, glad you benefitted so much from your gratitude week! I too had my share of learnings, which I'll compile and do a posting on the finale I guess.

Thanks co-coach. Yeah huat ar! For the benefit of those who don't understand this Hokkien dialect, "huat" means "to prosper"! Which means wealth!

Thanks for that suggestion Ed, I'll call the town council tomorrow and see how it goes. Cos this happened in my room, so not sure how huge will my chances be. But never test never know, right?

I had this problem with my kitchen some years back. Almost 5m length of tiles just cracked, bit and pieces just flew into the air as I watched from the living room. I just happened to be watching tv and the kitchen was just at my side. My dog was freaked out until he refused to come out from underneath the sofa. Haha!
Back then, I was told there was water leakage in the pipes buried inside the building cement structure, so it can't be resident's fault. I ain't sure how on earth that can happen to your room. But a complaint filed to the town council worked, and town council replaced the tiles for us FOC. Maybe you should run a check with your town council.
