You see, my mind has a habitual pattern, a bad one really. When it comes to bed time (as dictated by the heaviness of my eyelids), my brain suddenly becomes very active. dont read too much into it.. sometimes.. our mind just too active…
i get there sometimes too. and sometimes i would drift to sleep only to wake up a couple of hours thinking, i didnt finish planning or thinking what i was thinking earlier before i drift to sleep and start thinking too much to go back to sleep..

try and do relaxing things to enable yourself to sleep…. try half to a full glass of red wine before bed time… helps u to relax and improve blood circulation.. might allow u to sleep better….
