What am I talking about? It’s our love languages!

Finally, after hearing all the accolades on this book, I bought it from MPH Bookstore and finished reading it. At last!

I’m referring to this wonderful book by Dr Gary Chapman - “The Five Love Languages“.

This is a very readable book. Why do I say that? Because of the way it is written, with lots of real life couple stories that Dr Chapman shared through his experience of working with them to resolve their marital issues.

This book saved me. Literally.

It pulled me out of the self-wallowing, insecure, non-believer in men and relationship pond and pushed me into the mutual-understanding and learning, secure and believer in relationship pasture.

If my sister hadn’t asked, implored, nudged, pushed and finally ”screamed” at me to go buy the book, I am dead certain that I won’t be who I am today, and you won’t be reading this blog. Instead, you may hear all my victim stories and lamentation.

I finally bought this book in Hong Kong, and I read it.

I read it again.
