I’m 2 days late for this post!

Apologies my friends. What’s the reason? I’m sure you can see it right now. (note: if you really can’t tell by looking at this site, it’s alright. You’re probably a new visitor, just read my next post and you’ll surely see)

Day 7 fell on Monday, 26 February. I was at home the entire day.

Now as I’m writing, I’m doing my best to recall if anything nasty took place that day, and if I were able to resist the urge to complain. But, hey, nothing came to my mind!

Well, Day 5 went on rather smoothly.

Instead of having any new incident that has the potential to trigger a complain, my mind was on the indirect lessons I learnt from my popping tiles, and this experiment.

I shall compile all those thoughts in a finale post.

Since Day 5 went on without a glitch, therefore I’m combining Day 5 and 6 in a single post.

No wait! There was one very minor grouse I made yesterday. Since I’m posting all my experiences, so I guess it’s good to report it even if it’s something as minor as telling the whole world what a lousy handphone I’m using now.

I read an article on today’s The New Paper who did a survey on 100 Singaporean women, mainly students with an average age of 21 on the type of men they would prefer to marry. This was done following an earlier research did by the US which said that American women “preferred a man with a medium-status job… over a runaway success” and that they are “more easily drawn to good-looking men”.

As it turned out, pilots and bankers topped the list among the 100 Singaporean women - “because of the ‘cool’ and ‘exciting’ perception of their ‘high-income’ jobs”.

I am pretty surprised, really.

10 months down the road when I was accepted into and begun my RCIA journey, I am now elected into this faith. I’m now known as an Elect, and not a Catechumen.

Well, terminology aside, what it means is bascially, I have been found worthy and faithful to be ready for baptism come Easter Vigil night.

Not much was told to us in advance about what to expect for this session, so I went there with as much anticipation as curiosity.
