I Missed Blogging Because Of This Bugger!

With trembling hands, I type this post.
Yeah, in case you could be wondering where have I gone since my last post, well, I’ve been “kidnapped” and taken hostage by the flu virus. I’m sick!!!
*sob* *sob*
Same as Genie, I’m coughing like mad now. Just had a “insane coughing moment” shortly before I type this, thought my heart may just be coughed out or my rib cage bursting. Eeeks!
“How can I be struck by the flu virus, when my flu vaccine is but only 5 months old?” I asked the doctor.
“Who said you won’t get flu after you have the vaccine?” the doctor replied. “There are so many strains of viruses, your flu jab can only prevent some of them”
“Is that so!!!??” ok, this is the first time I knew about this. And I still gleefully held on to the thought that I will be completely flu-free for at least 6 more months!

Am supposed to really “rest” as the doctor commanded, not once, but twice.
“Go home and rest” doc instructed.
“Ya ok I will”
“I mean, really rest. Must rest a lot” doc repeated.”Ok ok”
And rest I shall. Will update again when I’m recovered.

Am not a doctor, but this has ALWAYS helped me. Very soothing for the lungs and throat. And yeah, I did get a bad coughing flu last year too.
Get Kordel’s Super Garlic 20,000 mg garlic oil capsules from the drugstore. Take 1 capsule every 3 hours. If your cough and sore throat are really bad, take 2 capsules every 4 hours. Take it with any drink but warm water is best. Try to take a dosage last thing at night before sleep.
Garlic is a powerful and natural antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal. The thing about garlic oil is that it enters the bloodstream quickly and, due to its volatility and to the circulation of the blood, is given off or evaporates through the lungs and respiratory system. Which is where the flu bug lurks when it attacks you.
You can take it alongside your prescribed medication, no problem. But if you are worried, you can ask your doctor.
Get well soon!
