Wow, am I missing out on all the action happening at ping.sg. When I finally logged into my server and casually checked my webstats do I notice some traffic coming from their awards link.

Yes, now then I know I’m one of the few lucky ones to receive a nomination for their very own 1st Anniversary Blog Awards Voting! Thanks guys, I feel so honoured.

Guess what? It’s also my virgin nomination I’ve gotten for my blog.

Hmm, shall I start to craft a Thank You speech? haha.. well, really, whether or not I win this category, I am already very, very surprised and thrilled to have my name listed there.

When I first wanted to create a blog, all that was in my mind then was a place where people can find knowledge and information on love, marriage, dating, relationships, romance and life. Then as I went on, I realised that I’d also like to create a place where they can find comfort, be inspired and be aspired. A place where they can get some fresh perspectives on things, a paradigm shift maybe, and a new outlook on life (hopefully better).

I’m not sure if I’m on the right track, but some emails every now and then from readers do let me know that I am pretty near. So, this nomination really gave me an added boost and a pat on my back!

Lately, there haven’t been much posting from me, due to my poor health. Nevertheless, you’ll see the regular (almost daily) posting very soon! Promise!

If you don’t know what is Ping.sg, go check out now, and be impressed by just how much this site has grown from a very humble beginning (total solo effort by Uzyn) to what it is now. A very cosy and friendly environment is what makes me feel most at home with. Not just another blog directory, but one that we can call “home” and feel at ease in.
